For Girlz Only~

P1060382 Teen girls these are the days to explore who you are and enjoy the adventure. What is the landscape in your soul? Find out who God called you to be first, then you will know better how the other half fits.

Guys? Well, their brains are still developing too. Think about it this way, when you search for that perfect top and bottom combination, or the most cost efficient college to fit your career plans, you research, right?

Why not look at your relationship the same way? Who best fits your quirky sense of humor? A dry concrete- thinking guy or the one who possesses a bit of whimsy in his personality? Do you like long walks on the beach talking for hours at a time? Than you don't go to the guy who spends hours zoned into War of Warcraft. Makes sense.

Relationships are work. Yes, we reap the benefits of having a soul mate, someone to love us and the comfort of knowing you have someone special to go to with your problems. All in due time, my girl. How much richer and lovelier will it be with the guy who complements your morals, values and interests.

Take advice from this experienced mom. Know who you are and why you were created. Yes, to love God and family, but, what is your specific purpose? What passions motivate you to action? What makes you angry? Here lies your calling....THEN when you have allowed yourself the time to go through that process, the right guy will come along.

Don't let your childhood pass you by-enjoy every moment of this wonderful time in your life and be blessed!

King Solomon, one of the wisest men who ever lived put it this way~ Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

To everything there is a season, and a time for every matter or purpose under heaven:

A time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to pluck up what is planted,

A time to kill and a time to heal, a time to break down and a time to build up,

A time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance,

A time to cast away stones and a time to gather stones together, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,

A time to get and a time to lose, a time to keep and a time to cast away,

A time to rend and a time to sew, a time to keep silence and a time to speak,

A time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.
